• Simultaneous consumption with narcotics, benzodiazepines (like Xanax or Ativan), antipsychotics, antidepressants, antihistamines (like Benadryl), liquor, kava, melatonin, grapefruit and St. John’s wort may cause expanded languor, exhaustion, and perhaps coincidental falls and mishaps when driving or operating heavy machinery.

1. New users can begin with 1/2 serving (half a dropper) every morning and evening for 30 days.
2. Monitor consumption and gradually increase the serving size if you don’t feel the desired results.

        For fastest results:

1. Fill dropper to 1 mL
2. Squeeze out under tongue
3. Hold for 30-60 seconds before swallowing

        Alternate methods:

1. Squeeze directly into mouth and swallow
2. Mix with your favorite drink (tea or coffee)
3. Use in place of oil in your favorite recipe
4. Do not exceed recommended dose and use responsibly.
