Returns:

• Eligibility: Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. Items must be new, unused, and have all original tags and labels attached.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

• Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
• Notification: We will email you when your return has been processed.

Exceptions:

• Non-returnable Items: Open or used items cannot be returned.
• Damaged or Missing Products: Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. We cannot accommodate requests after this period.
